This project is a 250k square foot, 5 building, renovation of the existing school and a 5 story new building that connects to the existing two schools. It consists of one floor of science lab rooms, a large commercial kitchen, setting of two 1500 gallon grease traps, test manholes, acid dilution tanks, and all the piping for the roof drains. Included in the plumbing is acid waste, gas, domestic water and waste. This is approximated to be an 18 month project, and the largest Gwinnett County School project to date.

This project was an addition to an existing equipment plant. This project included the basic plumbing system. There was a major compressed air system installed including a compressor, dryer, filter, and 350 gallon holding tank. From this 700 ft. of 3” Victaulic air lines with drops were ran. The sewer system went through a dual pump injector system, and the entire bay area trench and floor drains went through a 1500 gal. oil and sand separator. Also included was a high pressure commercial power washer unit.

This is an expanding chicken production plant. We have done two major projects there with the remodel of their cooler rooms where we added all the floor drains needed. We installed stainless steel plumbing for air, hot and cold water, and high pressure water in their production line including related drains. In the main plant we installed floor drains, wall hung steam heaters, and emergency eye wash and shower units.
