Poag Mechanical was the primary HVAC contractor on this project to renovate approximately 350 rooms. The Company contracted directly with the owner (XLR Luxury Resorts/ Blackstone). Primary work included the installation of 2 new air cooled chillers, 8 air handling units, 350 stacked vertical fan coil units, all new duct work, all new exhaust system, and a new DDC control system.
